SECTION 1: RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Tierra Purra is dedicated to providing high-quality, natural health supplements. Your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our products, we have a specific policy designed to ensure your safety and ours. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1.2 Return Timeframe for Eligible Items
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within this period.

1.3 Conditions for Acceptance (Important Health & Safety Information)
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following strict conditions for health and safety reasons:

  • Sealed & Unopened: The product must be returned in its original, factory-sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns of any product where the internal seal has been broken, tampered with, or removed.
  • Unused: The product must be unused.
  • Complete: The return must include all items from the original order that you wish to return.

Non-Returnable Items:
For the health and safety of all our customers, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Opened or Used Products: Any product with a broken seal or that has been partially used.
  • Subscription Orders: Products from a subscription box that have been shipped and delivered.
  • Discounted or Clearance Items: Any items purchased during a final sale or deep discount promotion.

1.4 How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond with approval and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address. Returns received without an RA number will not be processed.
  3. Ship Your Return: Securely package the sealed, unopened product(s) and mail them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

1.5 Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind / Unopened Returns: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for any unopened products returned for a change of mind.
  • Company Error / Defective Product: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover all associated costs.

1.6 Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the returned product to ensure it is unopened and meets our return conditions.
  • Approval & Processing: Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Timing: Please allow 7-10 business days for us to receive, inspect, and process your return. After processing, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
  • Original Shipping: The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.

  • Calculated Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.
  • Free Standard Shipping: Free standard shipping on all orders within the lower 48 states.
  • Expedited Options: Faster shipping options (2-Day, Overnight) are available for an additional fee at checkout.

2.3 Delivery Destinations & Timelines

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO addresses.
  • International Shipping: We do not currently ship internationally.
  • Transit Times:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
      Please note these are carrier estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2.4 Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can use this number to track your package's journey.

2.5 Issues with Your Delivery
We insure our shipments. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, you must contact us at [updates@tierrapurra.com] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund. Please inspect your package upon delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt.
